An unfinished basement is the best starting point there is
Most of Milton was built after 2000. Hawthorne Village, Beaty, Clarke, Dempsey, Willmott, Ford, Scott and Harrison are full of homes where the basement is still studs and concrete, or half-finished. For a sauna build that's ideal: the framing is open, the electrical run from the panel is straightforward, and there's nothing to protect or patch. It's also the cheapest moment to add one, before the basement gets finished around it.
If you're planning to finish the whole basement eventually, we can build the sauna now and leave everything ready for the rest, or do the basement and the sauna as one project. LivingGud does basement renovations as well as saunas, so there's no second contractor to coordinate.

4' × 6' — Premium 3-person clear cedar
$17,495 + HST. Larger layout, clear cedar interior and benches, same turnkey scope and warranty.
Priority 7-Day Build (4' × 6' premium clear cedar)
$21,995 + HST. Built in 7 working days once materials are on site and the space is construction-ready, or a $500 credit per working day late.
