A sauna that belongs to the house, not a box that sits in it
Most Mississauga homes we visit have the same thing in common: a basement with room to spare. The 1970s and 80s detached homes in Erin Mills, Meadowvale and Lorne Park came with full-height basements, and the 2000s builds in Churchill Meadows and Lisgar often still have part of the basement unfinished. Either one is a good starting point for a built-in sauna.
Built-in means exactly that. Our crew frames the room, insulates it, installs the vapour barrier and the floor, brings the dedicated 240-volt circuit from your panel, lines the walls, ceiling and benches in cedar, and finishes the outside so it looks like part of the house. You don’t buy a sauna and then hunt for someone willing to install it. You hire a construction company, and the sauna is the job.

4' × 4' — 2-person knotty cedar
from $8,995 + HST. Heater, controls, lighting, tile floor, framing, insulation, vapour preparation, standard electrical allowance, cleanup, walkthrough, 3-year workmanship warranty.
4' × 6' — Premium 3-person clear cedar
$17,495 + HST. Larger layout, clear cedar interior and benches, same turnkey scope and warranty.
Priority 7-Day Build (4' × 6' premium clear cedar)
$21,995 + HST. Built in 7 working days once materials are on site and the space is construction-ready, or a $500 credit per working day late.

What a LivingGud build looks like
Every build follows the same path: a site visit at your home, a written scope and price before anything starts, materials ordered within a day or two of your deposit, construction usually finished in about two working weeks, and a final walkthrough where we show you how to run it and look after it.
